Product Marketing Manager IS

Founded in 2013 in Latvia (EU) as a UAV mission planning and flight control start-up, the company has evolved from a developer of a single flagship product (UgCS) to a market leader of multiple drone solutions. To provide high-quality solutions for UAV professionals, SPH Engineering's team advances four key product lines: 

  • UgCS: Mission planning and flight control software
  • Integrated Systems (IS): Airborne integrated systems with sensors from diverse manufacturers
  • Drone Show Technologies (DST): Software to manage drone swarm flights

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive user acquisition for Integrated Systems.

Responsibilities

What is Expected:

  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product with a “marketing-first” mindset;
  • You will act as a brand ambassador, consistently prioritizing the customer’s needs and perspective;
  • You will bring expertise in international marketing, with a strong focus on the United States and European Union markets;
  • You will champion a data-driven approach, using insights to guide your everyday decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy and tactical activities to drive leads and sales growth;
  • Develop compelling messaging and brand positioning that resonates with target audiences throughout the buying journey;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign calendars that drive engagement across the entire funnel—from acquisition to retention—through digital channels (SEO, content, social media platforms, paid ads, email marketing, online webinars, etc.) and traditional channels (exhibitions, conferences, etc.);
  • Create various forms of product marketing content, including website articles, case studies, sales presentations, promo releases, and paid ad text;
  • Supervise relationships with media and social media influencers, supported by the PR Manager, to ensure the visibility of brand and product stories;
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and integrate insights into the marketing planning process;
  • Provide actionable insights based on customer feedback, competitor research, and market trends to continuously refine the marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in IT industry;
  • Proven track record of managing product launches from concept development to post-launch analysis;
  • A hands-on approach with strong self-management skills and a focus on delivering results;
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong emphasis on value creation;
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively;
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop visual concepts, graphics, videos, and other materials supporting product positioning and content strategy
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills;
  • English proficiency: C1.
