We're seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Specialist with focus on digital & exhibition channels to support our marketing team.
Website Content-Management:
- Manage website content creation: copywriting, setting tasks to web & design team and result evaluating, content publishing to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date. Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with the IT or web development team to promptly address technical issues.
Social Media Marketing:
- Content-creation for social media (planning, copywriting, setting tasks to design team, comments monitoring etc.), ensuring timely execution;
- Analyze social media metrics to improve content strategies and maximize audience reach;
- Propose and realize creative ideas for social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals, through collaborative efforts.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing activities performance by using data from various analytical tools and collaborating with analytic manager internally;
- Ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations to the product and marketing teams;
Exhibition Execution:
- Find and communicate with contractors, designers, and marketing specialists to research and select exhibitions that align with objectives and target audience.
- Manage the budget, including booth space, travel, accommodation, and promotional items.
- Design and set up the booth, check networking opportunities from organizers, and handle post-event follow-up.
Marketing Materials Production & Management:
- Availability control of the necessary and regularly updated set of promotional materials for the sales, exhibition activity, merchandising etc.;
- Copywriting and coordination of design team, external contractors;
- Creation of the client-customized content (presentations, to support the sales team.
Working from the office once/twice a week if you are in Riga, Latvia, and once a month if you are from other countries (Lithuania, Estonia, Poland).
