B2B Marketing Specialist with focus on digital & exhibition channels

We're seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Specialist with focus on digital & exhibition channels to support our marketing team. 

Responsibilities

Website Content-Management:

  • Manage website content creation: copywriting, setting tasks to web & design team and result evaluating, content publishing to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date. Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with the IT or web development team to promptly address technical issues.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Content-creation for social media (planning, copywriting, setting tasks to design team, comments monitoring etc.), ensuring timely execution;
  • Analyze social media metrics to improve content strategies and maximize audience reach;
  • Propose and realize creative ideas for social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals, through collaborative efforts.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze marketing activities performance by using data from various analytical tools and collaborating with analytic manager internally;
  • Ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations to the product and marketing teams;

Exhibition Execution:

  • Find and communicate with contractors, designers, and marketing specialists to research and select exhibitions that align with objectives and target audience. 
  • Manage the budget, including booth space, travel, accommodation, and promotional items. 
  • Design and set up the booth, check networking opportunities from organizers, and handle post-event follow-up.

Marketing Materials Production & Management:

  • Availability control of the necessary and regularly updated set of promotional materials for the sales, exhibition activity, merchandising etc.;
  • Copywriting and coordination of design team, external contractors;
  • Creation of the client-customized content (presentations,  to support the sales team.

Working from the office once/twice a week if you are in Riga, Latvia, and once a month if you are from other countries (Lithuania, Estonia, Poland).

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the IT / Telecom / Hi-Tech/ Entertainment (B2B);
  • Hands-on experience with online marketing (SMM, website & SEO, online events, video for web) and offline channels (exhibitions, events etc.) management;
  • Solid copywriting (English C1) skills;
  • Confident working knowledge of analytics tools for web monitoring (Google Analytics 4 etc.);
  • Understanding of design management principles for marketing purposes;
  • Practical experience with Adobe Photoshop / Canva / PowerPoint and other design-related tools;
  • Self-managing and results driven;

Would Be a Big Advantage

  • Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Meta ads etc.);
