B2B Marketing Specialist, Analytics, and Operations

SPH Engineering is looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist, Analytics, and Operations to be part of our marketing team.

Responsibilities

Cool things you'll do with us:

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Develop a detailed plan for collecting analytics across all marketing tools used by the marketing team.
  • Identify KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing activities performance by collaborating with analytical tools and analytic managers internally.

Social Media Development:

  • Analyze social media metrics to refine content strategies and maximize audience reach.
  • Propose and realize creative ideas for social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals, through collaborative efforts, ensuring timely execution.

Exhibition execution:

  • Find and communicate with contractors, designers, and marketing specialists to research and select exhibitions that align with objectives and target audience. Manage the budget, including booth space, travel, accommodation, and promotional items. Design and set up the booth, create and execute marketing plans, check networking opportunities from organizers, and handle post-event follow-up.

Website Management:

  • Manage website content creation, editing, and publishing to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date. Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with the IT or web development team to promptly address technical issues.

Shop:

  • Create and implement a marketing plan for Shop promotions, acting as a project manager to gather and provide content to the Web Dev team, and collaborate with them on creating promo materials.

Marketing materials production:

  • Develop strategies and plans for material production. Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams. Support the sales team in closing deals through tailored content and assets.

Working from the office once/twice a week if you are in Riga, Latvia, and once a month if you are from other countries (Lithuania, Estonia, Poland).

Requirements

About you:

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the IT / Telecom / Hi-Tech (B2B);
  • English proficiency: C1;
  • Experience in market analysis and client base segmentation;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information: to find, to aggregate, to structure, prepare, present and defend conclusions;
  • Experience with lead generation and promotion of online and digital projects;
  • Excellent working knowledge of analytics tools for web monitoring, programmatic placement of ads, etc;
  • Self-managing and results driven;
  • Degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Management.

Would Be a Big Advantage

  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Arabic.
