Digital Marketing Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to support our marketing team. 

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the website development strategy to maximize user experience and conversion rates. Plan and conduct experiments and A/B tests.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including CRM reports, customer databases, web analytics, etc.
  • Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for the marketing team.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaign performance, including ROMI, customer acquisition, and conversion rate metrics.
  • Build and analyze customer journey and behaviour and optimize key product metrics such as LTV, ARPPU, etc.
  • Support the development and execution of SEO, SEM, and analytics strategies.
  • Establish efficient relationships with external web agencies and vendors to improve marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to create and maintain data visualization dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, business analytics, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in marketing analytics, web, and data analysis, or a related field using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, HubSpot or Zoho CRM/Forms, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Shopify, email automatization tools (like Mailchimp), etc.;
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, including down funnel analysis, and key efficiency parameters of each digital marketing channel (SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.);
  • Technical knowledge of marketing analytics  tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Amplitude, Big Query,  etc.);
  • Experience in conducting A/B testing and website conversion rate optimization;
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
  • High experience and skill level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;
  • Excellent skills in creating clear, concise presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, showcasing adaptability and strong communication skills;
  • English proficiency: C1.

Nice-to-have:

  • Certifications in relevant data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Adobe Analytics)
  • Practical experience in UX/UI research
  • Cohort analysis knowledge
  • SQL Knowledge.
