Performance and Digital Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to support our marketing team. 

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the website marketing performance: define and implement the website development strategy to maximize user experience and conversion rates, conduct regular experiments and track results;
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing and sales teams to enhance lead flow and optimize conversion rates throughout the customer acquisition funnel;
  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads etc.) to drive inbound leads with a positive ROMI;
  • Manage Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console, and other marketing tools to ensure accurate data tracking;
  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources,  including web analytics, CRM, sales & product dashboards, cross-channel attribution models, and generate regular analytical reports for the team; 
  • Collaborate with SEO, design, web development, IT, product and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless marketing strategy execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, business analytics, or a related field;
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, including down funnel analysis, and key efficiency parameters of each digital marketing channel (SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.);
  • Proven experience with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, META, LinkedIn etc.), delivering positive ROMI results; 
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in marketing analytics, web, and data analysis, or a related field using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, HubSpot or Zoho CRM/Forms, etc.;
  • Experience in conducting UX/UI research,  A/B testing and website conversion rate optimisation;
  • Excellent skills in creating clear, concise presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders;
  • Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, showcasing adaptability and strong communication skills;
  • English proficiency: C1.

Nice-to-have:

  • Certifications in relevant data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience working with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
  • High experience and skill level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Cohort analysis knowledge
  • SQL Knowledge.
