We are looking for an energetic and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our Sales team, focusing on sales in Spanish-speaking countries.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a sales strategy to promote and sell advanced drone technologies (Integrated Systems), expanding the customer base (direct and partner sales, account management);
  • Plan and carry out sales activities from lead generation to closing deals worldwide to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently achieving quarterly sales quotas;
  • Develop and nurture relationships with current customers, upsell them new solutions, and grow business with them;
  • Identify and take advantage of new business opportunities and potential customers within allocated territories;
  • Utilize modern tools and approaches for lead generation, including social selling, email marketing, and automated outreach systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, support, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives;
  • Regularly collect feedback from partners and customers to improve products and internal processes;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and conduct pre/post pipeline review reports on leads and activities;
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B international sales within drone or survey equipment distributors, drone service providers, or in selling software and hardware products to those companies;
  • English and Spanish proficiency: C1;
  • Proven experience in active outbound sales with a "Hunter" mentality: ICP identification, research and sourcing of prospects, discovery calls, etc.;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales management, and lead generation tools;
  • A degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related discipline is required.

Would Be a Big Advantage

  • Knowledge and experience in the mining, construction, geophysical, or hydrographical industries;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and other languages.
